Liz Hitchcock founded Double Bluff the same way most worthwhile things get built. Having more conviction than certainty, more forward motion than finished answers. As a woman building in the distilling industry, she knew something most people feel but few say out loud: that the gap between who you are and who you're becoming is where everything real actually happens. The crowned figure on the bottle isn't pulling back a mask to reveal an imposter. It's revealing someone still becoming. That's the whole point. That's always been the whole point.
