Spirits of New Hampshire

All of our spirits at Manchester Distillery are produced on-site in our 250-gallon 18-plate copper still. From now until the end of the 2023 year we will be releasing our flagship gin, vodka, and barrel-rested liquors.

Finding Our Symphony of Flavors

Experiments & Aging in Oak

All of our handcrafted spirits begin their product lifespan under our test batch umbrella. The gins, vodkas, whiskeys, cordials and more undergo a series of mash bill tunings followed by internal and public tastings. Visit our tasting room for a chance to try some of our more experimental liquors.
